Terms and Conditions

The following is a marketing contract, as agreed upon, between internationaltimeshareresales.com a BML Marketing Company, Inc. located at 1548 Ocean Shore Blvd. Ormond Beach, Florida 32176 and the client who is filling out this online submission form. The client is entering into this contract in order to list and market their resort properties through a For Sale by Owner program provided by internationaltimeshareresales.com a BML Marketing Company, Inc. The services provided are as follows. A full page ad shall be provided for each Timeshare and hosted on one or more web sites. These sites along with your professionally done sales ads will be submitted to over 1200 search generators on the internet. Additionally, the sites will be marketed through e-mail, targeted traffic, and promotions.

Also, we will serve as a contact point for you and provide a program through our web sites that brings buyer, sellers and renters together. All buyer and renter offers will be relayed to the client through their email. Please read the attached user agreement. The user agreement governs all use of our web sites and must be accepted as part of this contract.

The price of this service is $899.00 For a Sale Listing or Both a Sale and Rental Listing. The price for just a Rental Listing is $499.00. Your sales ad will run on the web sites for a period of 12 months. Any and all rental ads will run for a period of 12 months and may be renewed thereafter.

By accepting this contract you agree to all terms and conditions including User Agreement and Privacy Policy. Furthermore, you agree that the fee contained within and agreed upon by both internationaltimeshareresales.com a BML Marketing Company, Inc. and “the client” is Non-Refundable.

Client Accepts and agrees to the terms and conditions of this contract as agreed upon below.
